I worked within the military with an extremely varied career beginning with a general training role. I progressed to junior management involved with media system maintenance. Thereafter, I trained to middle management level being responsible for training and specific ship maintenance with duties on and off shore. I helped to progress my junior work.

I was the customer service point of contact and liaison link between them and the technicians. I dealt with customer enquiries and bookings. I provided exceptional customer service whilst being an effective and integral team member.
