As a graduate trainee I worked for 12 months within the marketing department of CDMS, marketing the data profiling and print and mail services of the Littlewoods Organisation. I then worked for 6 months in the Corporate Affairs department and 6 months in the operations division overseeing improvements to the customer service function of the extended warranties department.

During the placement I assisted in the annual union negotiations, worked on the overhaul of the performance review system and managed the day to day running of the department for 4 weeks due to the HR Managers absence.
