My professional experience in marketing began in financial services at regional banks, and at Fidelity Investments where I subsequently spent a large part of my career as Vice President of Marketing. At Fidelity, I held numerous positions within the Retail and Capital divisions of the firm. In Retail, I was responsible for developing new strategic initiatives and products based on active trader customer insights, creating new customer acquisition programs and developing segment marketing strategy. After Fidelity, I spent seven years at Boston University, Questrom School of Business, as the Director of the Executive MBA Program. In this strategic leadership position, I led a team that made significant improvements to the total student experience including enhancements to the curriculum, student services and alumni engagement. I've had a long-standing interest in helping non-profits to enhance awareness of their brand and develop a solid foundation for growth. In my current role with ESC, I've had the opportunity to work with agencies in diverse sectors helping to develop strategic plans and build and execute branding projects.
