Opportunities being explored with the team include: processes and tools for services procurement, implementation of a vendor portal as well as a suite of process and tool automation implementations. The team's objectives include risk mitigation, reduce opportunity for fraud as well build efficiency and quality for the business units into the transactions.

This senior management role was accountable for management of the supply chain business plan and direction for two junior managers’ portfolios. - Automated the purchase order (PO) and invoicing process by implementing an ecommerce program and enabling over 160 suppliers to transact, reducing effort to get bills paid and facilitating should cost modelling for construction projects. - Implemented a project management office (PMO) to drive quality decisions around continuous improvement investment. - Implemented a supply chain program (equivalent to a policy) ensuring all business units knew their supply chain accountabilities. - Developed a controls and assurance framework, ensuring that relevant corporate level risks were being mitigated by supply chain processes. - Implemented an on boarding program for new supply chain hires, decreasing the time to productivity for these employees

This management level role was accountable to design a 3 year improvement roadmap and led a team to execute the work. It also involved working closely with IS through all stages of the projects. - Led several teams, strategy through execution of 3 year portfolio of (>$9M) projects including: SAP Ariba CMS, SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Fieldglass, SAP Fiori Apps, Open Invoice (ePO presentment, pricebooks, e field ticketing) and changes to SAP MM - for services procurement. - Designed and Implemented changes to the procurement process to make those processes easier for the business (technology and process for 4000 end users )- Led the Supply Chain activities to integrate 3000 new employees including: SAP Implementation; As Is and To Be workshops, controls assessment, master data conversion, PO & invoice conversion (Maximo to SAP) and support of employee and vendor adoption

Global guidelines for Procure to Pay (P2P), local contracting and strategic sourcing guidelines and procedures. • Championed several continuous improvement activities related to regional and global processes: Global contracting, Global Major Contracts Governance, Global Contracts Planning, Global P2P Strategy, global material master and global spend tracking. • Consulted for the SAP implementation team as a subject matter expert in Procure to Pay, Contracting and Inventory.• Traveled extensively to implement global process and train local SCM teams in the current systems (12 Countries) contract management system, P2P systems, inventory system, SAP. • Managed ongoing global systems strategy (development of plans, sourcing solutions, vendor management and implementation)• Managed the systems support and ecommerce teams (5 resources in two countries)

Reporting Corporate IT Management, this role was responsible to manage IS demand, IT project manage and champion change in business process for three corporate areas (Corporate Legal, Corporate Supply Management and Corporate Communications)- Planned and contributed to the Corporate Supply Management group workshop on global process direction, results used to develop business case for SAP implementation- Facilitated sessions for development process in the Supply Management and Corporate Communications functions

Reporting to the Project Implementation Manager for an EOne (JDE ERP) implementation, this contract role was responsible to lead a business process and stakeholder communication team. - Lead a team to define, validate and document business process (Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash and Job Costing). - Managed and delivered a deployment communication plan which passed an "Employee Preparedness" audit (done by Ernst and Young) - Ensured change management was in place for engagement of stakeholders from all levels as the organization transitioned to the new system

In this role, responsibilities increased from software development to technical specification writing. All developed software was for the in-house contracting and procurement system.
