Designed training requirements for all departments within the company resulting in the creation of 110 training modules. Created a manual electronic tracking system to record training and manage/report compliance to training requirements. Created compression operator certification program to address non-conforming events within manufacturing which resulted in a 100% reduction of error for a 4 month period.
