• Assist with developing and updating forecast models based on reporting calendar and requirements outlined by FP&A and Corporate Accounting/Finance Leads• Continue to support the development of various managerial style reporting views/packages for various subsidiary and/or client reporting views including: Contribution Margin, Client Profitability, Staffing, Resourcing etc.• Develop and track burn reporting to explain trends and variances in both hours and spend relating to billable and non-billable projects• Assist with the development and creation (inputs) of written memos, reports or presentations for Leaders/Stakeholders focusing on key strategy initiatives, business trends, variance analysis and performance against identified performance indicators• Prepare/write explanations for various analytics including variance and trend analysis for certain subsidiary, client and/or reporting period views• Serve as an integral member of the Finance team to ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness exists across VaynerMedia APAC• Partner with members of the Fin Ops team to provide value-add reporting, which could include, but is not limited to the following; expense, revenue and profitability

• Support Group's planning and forecasting to achieve short-term and mid-term growth• Contribute to raise the standards of financial planning and analysis in the region• Perform monthly/quarterly sales and financial performance gap analysis against budget and quarterly forecast with clarifying issues (Gross Profit, Expenses, Capex, Inventory, etc.)• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management reports to top management and Headquarters• Check economic indices, industries, competitors, forex outlook and effectively understand and apply to work• Coordinate with Shared Service Providers to ensure proper and timely deliverables by them• In charge or involve in regional projects for Group's policy/process alignment; compliance; productivity improvements and tasks as and when required.System used: MicroStrategy (BI and Analytics).

• Support and manage rolling monthly forecast for different business units within the company.• Control business performance through variance analysis and commentary to explain monthly results against forecast/budget/prior year in a timely manner.• Monitor and review CapEx spending, forecast and progress for ongoing construction projects, to ensure compliance to approved budget and schedule.• Perform financial analysis and developing financial models to evaluate ad-hoc projects/ initiatives to support business strategies.• Assist in establishing and improving templates & reports for internal use as well as processes with bottom-up approach.• Manage various other financial topics to support the team and provide ad-hoc support where needed.System used: Oracle Netsuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).

• Collect, compile and analyse statistical information that drive management team’s decision-making process.• Work together with controlling team to ensure the book accuracy, including the expenses review and balance sheet item clearance.• Prepare management reports, ie. Profit & Loss Actual, Detailed Expenses Report, Forecasting Report.• Perform variances analysis for P&L, actual vs budget and prior year.• Assist Business Controller in managing inventory, including inventory cycle count, write off management.• Outlook & Budget preparation, rollup, consolidation and reporting.• Work closely with local team on headcount and expenses planning.System used: SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation) and Oracle Hyperion.

• Responsible for day-to-day and month end processes related to Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Bank Reconciliation.• To manage the outsourced Payable Team and to execute payment proposals.• To manage the outsourced Bank Reconciliation Team and ensure timely clearing of Bank Clearing account in accordance with Service Level Agreements.• Day-to-day communication/relationship with business (Operations, Treasury and Trade Finance etc.), external parties and banks.• Perform analysis on aged trade receivable and trade payable balances on a monthly basis.• Approve bank related charges journal entries.• Provide guidance to outsourcing team and define improvement of current process and tools within AP/AR team.• Support process improvement initiatives by group.System used: SAP Accounting Systems, SWIFT Payment System and ICTS Symphony_64B.

• Process daily investment subscriptions and redemptions, accurately and timely. Liaise with transfer agent to follow up on any missing or error trade confirmations• Assist in monthly reconciliation of trades and perform true-up.• Check investment fund prices sent by various fund houses, ensure price fluctuations is within company threshold limit.• Ensure all payments passed compliance checks and made to respective parties in different payment modes (i.e., cheque, direct credit, telegraphic transfer).• Prepare GST invoices and Statement of Account to vendor.• In-charge of monthly bank reconciliation for numerous bank accounts.• Answer to payments enquiries from various departments promptly.• Assisted in User Acceptance Testing for new or upgrade of work process or/and system.System used: Application System 400 (AS400) and SunGL Account System.
