Liaise with transfer agent to follow up on any missing or error trade confirmations• Assist in monthly reconciliation of trades and perform true-up.• Check investment fund prices sent by various fund houses, ensure price fluctuations is within company threshold limit.• Ensure all payments passed compliance checks and made to respective parties in different payment modes (i.e., cheque, direct credit, telegraphic transfer).• Prepare GST invoices and Statement of Account to vendor.• In-charge of monthly bank reconciliation for numerous bank accounts.• Answer to payments enquiries from various departments promptly.• Assisted in User Acceptance Testing for new or upgrade of work process or/and system.System used: Application System 400 (AS400) and SunGL Account System.
