I am a training professional with experience in assessing training needs, creating a curriculum, and designing, developing, and delivering classroom and online training programs, including online resources for use during and after training. Working independently as well as collaboratively, I provide professional training materials that are easy to use and understand. In addition, I have demonstrated success in advising and directing employees delivering training programs.I am known for a positive, problem-solving approach and identifying opportunities to streamline processes. My accomplishments include:• Collaborated with team to design and develop curriculum and training for new order management software, used to train 600 employees.
