CurrentProactively plans and organizes the schedule for all activities to be completed in a timely manner.Provides guidance and training for all members of the metrology department. Helps manage laboratory equipment and ancillary assets (e.g. labeling, inventory, documentation, commissioning, and decommissioning)Coordinates with outside vendors for equipment services not provided by in-house Metrology Department, while documenting and performing any additional procedures required by Eurofins Advantar SOP/QSM to complete equipment services. Develops and updates departmental documentation based upon best practices. Introduction of new equipment and protocol creation for qualifications. Fosters an environment of teamwork and collaboration between relevant local departments, such as QA, manufacturing, management, and metrology utilizing effective communication. Initiates process improvement suggests areas for improvement and implements improvements.
