I am also responsible for investigating and researching new strategies and business opportunities, to include extensive research and business followed up execution.• Work closely with the Director and perform any ad-hoc operational/personal tasks assigned• Provide administrative support and coordination for a 10-15 employee service business – organize meeting schedules, basic IT & logistical support, travel arrangements, expense claims processing• General office management and administration – primary liaison for office visitors/vendors/mailing, manage stationery and pantry supplies• Source and appraise new IT product services (CRM software, VoIP service) to enhance operational procedures and submit proposal for Director’s approval• Perform accounting tasks – record business transactions, invoicing, credit control, bank reconciliation• Handle HR administration duties – new hire desk & laptop setup, apply for new employee business cards & medical insurance, EA personnel registration on M.O.M, office & systems induction, and exit clearance• Implemented SharePoint Intranet in the business – manage documents and ensure all data are up to date• Collaborate with the Director in sourcing, screening, and hiring external contractors for the business• Provide support to Marketing team in company websites redesign process and marketing campaign effort• Responsible for compilation of daily and monthly sales report to update Director Show less
