Monitor supervisors’ performance and addressing any issues resulting in failure to meet any customer KPI or Metric established. Encourage supervisors to be more team driven and not silo minded. Supervisors tasked to meet performance expectations of never exceeding 5% in overtime labor, with goal being 2.5% staying within labor KPI. Maintained a positive cross training schedule for all positions, for which supervisors reported weekly on progress.

Manage productivity for 37 associates and equipment operators, resource planning, monitor daily LPE/Thruput, meet departmental goals staying in line with facility KPI’s, Inventory Management utilizing Red Prairie and SAP while overseeing attendance and productivity through KRONOS. Plan daily hours to align with department volume; adjusting as needed.

Manage productivity for 40 associates and equipment operators. Utilizing SAP, WMS/Exceed and ADP for resource planning, monitor daily LPE/Thruput to meet departmental goals staying in line with facility KPI’s and customer SLA, Inventory Management and plan daily hours to align with work volume and adjusting as needed.

Fort Worth, Texas

Manage productivity for 50 associates, including lift truck drivers; implementing lean processes and maintaining safety procedures. Drive proper use of hours, securing daily department thruput and helping to build a solid facility uph and network position.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Assign duties across two departments, which includes 52 associates. Monitor production and move associates as needed to accomplish the days goals and achieve the days building UPH. Two daily meetings with associates (beginning and end of shift) to discuss the days goals. Discuss what obstacles we may have encountered and what our plan of action is to correct it the next business day. Logistics fulfillment center committed to 100% customer on time delivery.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Assign duties for 14 associates. Monitor WIP level and adjust personnel when needed.

Assign duties and monitor processing for 52 teammates over three areas.
