When Rico, the new GM of PTS Consulting Singapore and I had an informal chat, both of us weren't expecting anything. Yet 3 hours later, we discovered a great alignment of values and synergy, leading to a prompt subsequent meeting set up with the rest of his management team. He took the effort to choose a nice coffee place when I had half-joked that Starbucks was a deal breaker and we even had a good laugh about it 4. Maureen was one of the few highly respected technical women in the industry so definitely someone I would love to have a chance to work alongside with. Well aware of the challenges ahead, I am prepared in this new role that combines both my human resources and business development experience to "kick some ass" and make change happen!

Reports into the Senior HR Manager, South Asia. Singapore - HR business partner (generalist) to both the commercial & residential property businesses to a total staff strength of 60 px. South Asia – HR partner to support corporate initiatives and advise the various sites' HR teams in strategic matters including policies, compensation and benefits, staffing of the management team and training & development.
