- Collaborate with Regional Security leads for North America, APAC, EMEA and LATAM for any Security related incident. - Create and maintain internal security procures and documentations. - Correlate security logs on different security tools to help in the investigation.- Provide training to new resource of the team to make sure we are aligned in the company and client objective. - Monitoring daily ticket and security alert in the system (SIEM).- Managing Multifactor authentication(MFA) and CyberArk Vault admin tool for end users.- Providing Internal and External SSL certificates.- Administer Proofpoint/TAP for Web and Email Security filtering firewall.- Investigate intrusion attempts in workstations and server in EDR tool.- Monitor and respond to Microsoft ATA security alerts events from the user accounts and machines.

- Create Quality process for Enterprise Services. - Perform quality audit to enterprise engineers.- Review end-users’ feedback to the engineers, managers and client. - Create QA reports on PowerBI and Data Analytics tool. - Weekly and monthly quality review with Service Delivery Managers.

- Knowledge on Office 365 Application and its admin tools.- Creation and access provision of Shared Folder- Invocation and revocation user access in Active Directory.- Supporting the sync and sharing of large volumes of data with OneDrive
