Recruitment Officer
As a Recruitment Officer, I was responsible to:• Developed and updated job descriptions and advertisements.• Maintained candidate database using Recruit and Seek.• Conducted initial interviews and scheduled in-person or online interview with the Branch Managers.• Assisted with new hire onboarding such as creating and/or sending contracts, company policies, coordinating medical and reference check, and other legal document requirements.• Collaborated with our Branch Managers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis determining the precise scope of our hiring needs and scaling our hiring processes accordingly.• Done other admin tasks as required.
