I manage 3 teams that support ministry: Communications, Production, and Technology. The Communications team oversees our 4 brands and led a redesign of our website in 2021. This team is made up of an in-house Graphic Designer, Coordinator, and Assistant. I manage and lead communication projects and strategies to produce ministry deliverables that communicate content creatively and clearly, using both printed and digital mediums. I oversee our Production Manager and Assistant, to produce Sunday morning services through audio, video, and livestream. This team also creates and edits video project that tell stories of how God is working. I manage our Technology Director by supporting and encouraging a team effort to provide support and develop updated system management to Palmetto Christian Academy and East Cooper Baptist Church.

While in this position I resdesigned all websites, direct videos to communicate our messaging, and supervised the in-house graphic designer, and interns.
