This role involves the scoping, communicating, scheduling, and monitoring of all tasks required by Ecentric for a project, as well as coordinating any dependencies with the acquiring banks, other third parties and the client. This experience enabled me to engage at a senior management and CEO level. I had to manage the coordination of meetings, travel and forums across the all regions that Engen has presence, as well as ensuring the project artifacts are signed off and all governance processes are followed.

As a Project Administrator in the Engen PMO, I worked under various Project Managers alongside Change Managers to ensure the projects success and alignment with the company strategy. This entailed taking meeting minutes, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, weekly and monthly reporting, updating of budgets, getting signoff on various project artifacts, following up on tasks, and ensuring issues and risks are addressed. All of these tasks would need to be completed to pass the Stage Gates as set by the Engen PMO.A couple of highlights from my experience as a Project Administrator at Engen was working on a project to redesign the Engen performance management system for mid-year and year-end reviews. This involved a lot of coordination of calendars and communication to the stakeholders to ensure that the outcomes are communicated across the company. Another highlight was working on a project that enabled Refinery workers to capture the waste at the Refinery in SAP using the Waste Management module. This involved coordination and communication in a different region, and involved detailed training which needed to be coordinated.
