Reporting to the VP of Sales, Marketing & R & D, responsible for managing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, which encompasses operational processes from managing pipeline activity for the sales team to facilitating new product development and documenting regulatory compliance. Part business analyst and part project manager, this role ensures ongoing user adoption, support, training, architectural design, and custom development activities as well as responsibility for enhancements, upgrades, data quality, analytics and reporting for multiple departments across the globe.• Refined existing CRM system to support company restructure. Worked closely with business leaders to adjust processes creating new fields, functionality and reporting. Ensured team had tools and resources for a successful, common, adjustable, scalable transition to new global business unit model. • Transformed regulatory compliance documentation process. Coordinated efforts between four quality teams to develop universal functionality in CRM, resulting in greater visibility and reporting versus traditional inaccessible spreadsheets for improved turnaround to customers and smoother external audits.• Orchestrated sales and new product development between paper manufacturing and coating divisions.
