I have been working with IT and IT Service Management for over 25 years and have experience as Project Manager, Business Developer, Business Architect, Test Manager, Process Architect, Process Owner and Educator/Coach. My experience is achieved from projects in large as well as small companies within the area of production, logistic/transportation, public administration, finance, military, consultancy, QA, IT Operations and IT Services.Since 2008 I have, as partner and owner of reflectIT, been working for some of the largest companies in Denmark from private as well as public sector, and since 2014 I have worked intensively with implementation of governance Compliance and functionality within different business areas on ServiceNow platform.My extensive practical experience, leadership, Business sense and social skills have demonstrated value when it comes to management of process change, IT Service Management processes and IT Governance between Business (customer) and Service Provider.
