Quadriga empowers professionals regarding their development and future competence in the fields of PR & Communications, HR, Politics & Public Affairs, Sales and Marketing. Quadriga hosts national and international seminars, conferences, congresses and award shows, oversees four associations and publishes five business magazines.I worked for around 200 stakeholders who booked me for individual projects. My role connected corporate photography with editorial tasks. It included organizing, retouching and archiving my work. I communicated in English and German.Examples of my widely varied work: – taking portraits of employees for internal and external communication – implementing creative photo series and shooting portraits for the magazines – ensuring a professional photographic workflow for the main events – picture research and dealing with picture rights – general corporate photography such as cover shoots for seminar booklets – architectural photography of buildings and seminar rooms – continuously creating marketing content for various websites and print projects – developing and re-developing the visual concept for individual projects – quality management / picture tagging / archive management – booking and briefing of freelance photographers – preparing and conducting basic Adobe Photoshop courses for interested colleagues – travelling for jobs nationally and internationally Success: I joined Quadriga during times of transformation, and I was able to set a new standard for our corporate photography. My biggest achievement is that I learned to think marketing-orientated and outside the box. I significantly strengthened my ability to work on various tasks simultaneously, prioritize, and work independently as well as in teams. Through numerous events I gained valuable business insights and I developed the idea that working together is all about trust.
