Since moving to Pasco eSchool in June 2012, my roles have shifted and changed to Career Research, Critical thinking and Leadership Teacher. For a number of years I was a lead teacher and chair of the Pasco eSchool SAC committee. When I first moved to Pasco eSchool. I had two roles: Instructional Technology Specialist and teacher. I collaborated with the administration, faculty and staff to provide them with Technology support and training as well as make sure the computers have what they need on them for testing and student checkout. I also evaluate technology that would be a good fit for what we do. Pasco eSchool is the second largest virtual school in the state. In June 2007, I became an Instructional Technology Specialist, where I collaborate with the school media specialist and the media/technology committee to coordinate, organize, and facilitate the effective utilization of instructional technology within the school setting.I began teaching in 1994 and have taught 1st grade and high school students with varying exceptionalities in self contained as well as co-teach situations. I have specifically taught Algebra, Biology, English, Learning Strategies (self contained), Self Determination (self contained), Integrated Science, Environmental Science and Marine Science.Specialties: Instructional Technology in Education, Web Design
