I'm working as a project manager with focus on agile methodologies and I believe that the key to success lies within the team's ability to adapt and interact. I'm an experienced Java developer/architect and I've been working with agile methodologies as Scrum and Kanban for over 15 years.But for me it's not all about the methodology, it's also about the individuals and about building a foundation where the individuals are given and give each other the safety, the support and the comfort to fail, learn and stay motivated.I consider myself a professional individual that thrives when working in creative environments and innovative organisations together with open minded and creative people. I'm passionate about motivating people, including and making others better, problem solving, easy maintenance, learning from & helping my colleagues and I adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.Since I'm a social person it's important for me to enjoy a good laugh every now and then and I'm often told I bring good energy to the team. Humor is a good way for me to bolster my team's morale.During the years I've become used to high expectations and as an individual I'm thorough and I always give my best to make sure the job gets done.
