Head of Product Development - High-speed Scooter PlatformIdentifying the market trends, user needs, derive useful insights and develop a product by leveraging the technology trends to meet the needs of the customer and the business.As head of development, Built the team and the product ground-up till Alpha stage with a team of 35 starting from 0 and a budget of 10Cr in a span of one Year.Co-Lead Mechanical Department.Co-led the mechanical department, The team carried out – Design, simulation, quality control, production, testing & validation or all our products.Spearheaded the companies efforts in getting the product (Mantis) homologated at ARAI and ISO certification for the manufacturing unit.

Project - UGVUGV is a 1-ton electric 6-wheeled surveillance vehicle. Built for DRDO.Designed, manufactured, and delivered 5 UGVs within 14 months.Showcased at Aero India 2021 Bangalore & Def Expo 2022.Demonstrated at the DRDO Challakere campus.As co-lead of the Mechanical team was responsible for Powertrain, Dynamics (suspensions & brakes), & Vehicle integration.• Designed the drive train assembly with 6 independent motors and planetary gearbox for a top speed of 20 Kmph which could deliver 800Nm of torque at each wheel.• Designed, manufactured, tested, demonstrated, and delivered an electromechanical braking system, features of the system are listed below.○ Emergency brakes – In case of a power loss the brakes get engaged automatically.○ Independent brakes control on left and right wheels.○ 400Nm stopping torque on each wheel enabling a 1-ton vehicle to stop on a 20-degree slope.○ Ride by wire control for the brakes.• Designed IP67 and 66 enclosures for HV systems and vehicle control units. • Modular driving pod design for the Unmanned ground vehicle.• Independent suspension Design, Build, and testing for the VehicleProject - MantisMantis is a performance electric two-wheeler with 200+ kms of range and a top speed of 140 mph.Completed Bharat mala - A ride garlanding India, a total of 13000km was covered in 2 bikes in a 52-day ride.As part of the Mechanical team • Designed and built a Swap concept for the Bike using a custom Linear actuator.• Design and testing of cooling system for motor.• Vehicle dynamics - Design requirements definition for front and rear shocks, spring design for the same. Testing and tuning of the suspensions.• Brake disc manufacturing process and CTQ definition • • Designed IP67 and 66 enclosures for HV systems and vehicle control units. Responsible for the entire electronics and electrical system packaging and integration.

Participated in SAE BAJA 2019 at IIT ROPAR.Worked on the design and analysis of chassis, suspension, and transmission of a four-wheeled All-terrain vehicle as part of team Stratos the Official ATV Team of Bangalore Institute of Technology.

Designing of an aluminum hub assembly of an all-terrain vehicle. Production planning of various steps of Turning, Grinding, Milling, etc to be followed to get the finished product.

Secured 10th Place in the SAE Aero Design Challenge 2018.Designed and Built a micro-class Unmanned aerial vehicle with a payload capacity of 700gm for the SAE Aero Design Challenge 2018 as a part of Team Lakshya. The aero Team of Bangalore Institute of Technology.
