Synergy is the largest generator and retailer of electricity; and a provider of gas to more than one million residential, business and industry customers in Western Australia.As a Digital Business Analyst, I focused on Synergy’s digital transformation, leading business-wide solutions to drive brand, customer engagement and process efficiency. My day to day involved facilitating inception-level workshops, sprint planning and backlog refinement to elicit business requirements with behaviour driven development style user story decomposition. Key achievements:• delivering Synergy’s new public website using Sitecore platform; • successfully launching Synergy’s Document Management System (DMS) based on the OpenText platform. The consolidation and upgrade of Synergy’s DMS was company-wide; from providing solutions for Generation Business Unit’s engineering drawings to the implementation of new user interfaces and workflows;• establishing Synergy’s digital presence and contributing to the successful launch of ‘SolarReturn‘, a product offering for Commercial and Residential customers; • and leading Synergy’s process discovery for Robotics Process Automation across all Business Units.

With more than 14,000 people providing services to the infrastructure, mining, telecommunications, civil construction, industrial, energy, health and services sectors.I specialised in designing and enhancing the functionality of digital channels, instigating and engineering process improvement strategies; providing clear and consistent technical and strategic recommendations; gathering business and technical requirements; and serving as the primary point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders.Key achievements:• delivering websites/intranets for across Leighton Contractors’ vast portfolio of projects: SH16 Causeway Alliance (NZ), Elizabeth Quay (WA), Leighton Contractors intranet (NSW), Gateway WA Perth Airport and Freight Access Project (WA), and Ichthys Project Onshore LNG Facilities (NT);• website: 23% growth in unique visitor traffic (53% additional interactions);• intranet: 67% growth in user engagement;• Facebook: 19% growth in ‘Likes’ and over 90000 reach;• Twitter: 4.47% growth in the number of followers per month and more than 5000 reach;• Linkedin: 45% growth in Followers and ranked third in “Australia’s Most inDemand Employers: 2013”.

My day to day involved the managing a sustained digital channel presence, stakeholder engagement, conducting risk analysis and developing customer engagement strategies. Key achievements:• Winning the Toyota Customer Experience Manager Award (2008).• Winning the Toyota Customer Satisfaction award for Excellence (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011).• Achieving an average Customer Satisfaction Index of 97.2 (out of 100).• Complete system transition from paper-based dealership processes to ERAnet Service and Showroom.• Designed and implemented the 'VIP' customer management systems and processes.

Western Australia’s first bilingual Chinese and English newspaper, with circulation of 15,000 copies published fortnightly.
