Graduated Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Santo Tomas. She has demonstrated research skills in different research courses and projects. It also includes organization skills in project and event management through university-held activities. She also organized and spearheaded departmental projects in the university and student organizations. Participated in and provided creative and technical support at international conferences and summits.She is presently a member of the Philippine Sociological Society, where she also served as a student intern. She assisted in various administrative work, activities, and events. Jannel also contributed to different activities in the 2030 Youth Force in the Philippines as a volunteer.
