    ▪ Initiator for analytical research: started modeling of capacity performance of ICN8 fab by investigating timing information collected in AEC/APC system▪ In the pilot study for the metal deposition equipment (installed base = 20 AMAT ENDURA) a hidden capacity loss of >7% was identified and recovered in collaboration with the equipment engineers.▪ Implementation of OEE metric (Overall Equipment Efficiency) in high-mix ICN8 fab, with accurate indicators of rate efficiency losses▪ The performance analysis of lithography processing (installed base = 35 ASML systems) identified an efficiency loss of >10%. The ideas for analysis and possible solutions were used in the research proposal for the European collaborative project INTEGRATE (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/rcn/201967/factsheet/en).

Process control application rolled out to other external companies (Nexperia).▪ Performed all pilot analysis to test and implement the system, with many successes in my other roles - 1. improved tungsten processing (process engineer), 2. incident prevention (line yield coordinator), 3. analysis of takt times allowing the identification of operational losses (industrial engineer).
