Currently working on-site at WorkOne to recruit candidates for a grant-funded program to educate people in the Indianapolis area in the Information Technology field. Responsible for recruiting, screening, case managing and placing graduates.

Increased a market presence with a branch that had very little name recognition. I did this through sales calls, community involvement, partnering with state employment offices and various other activities. Doubled the billable hours of the branch in the year I was there and decreased cost of sales by monitoring recruiting costs and other internal costs.Recruited, trained and developed the internal staff. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the Profit and Loss statements with the end result to meet and exceed the corporate driven goals for the branch.

Managed all aspects of a branch that was producing an average of 15,000 billable hours per week. Prepared and monitored the fiscal Business Plan and Budget. Monitored and analyzed the monthly Profit and Loss statements in order to meet and exceed the branch goals. Internal staff recruitment and development with a focus on client sales and growth.
