Based in the always-rapidly changing Silicon Valley and San Francisco Bay area, my clients include companies of all sizes in tech, biotech, financial services, telecommunications and higher education. I've worked with leaders and teams to create company and team visions, strategic and action plans, prioritize, implement successful process management practices, performance measures, and change management strategies.I have an MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in journalism from Iowa State. I was also a national examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for five years.Prior to starting my consulting business, I worked for seven years at Apple Computer. Among other things while at Apple, I worked on and led teams that evaluated and improved key business processes in product development, manufacturing, distribution, finance and administration, and sales and marketing.
