As a Project Manager, I learnt working procedures of big international companies connected to automotive. I lead several projects within ISO 9001 standards from the development phase until the serial production.As a System Engineer, I was in charge of ERP system implementation in a company employing over 300 people.The main aim was production planning improvement and overall performance monitoring. This required to develop a system of working procedures for each department, customize the software, train stakeholders, introduce PLC terminals with barcode readers into production, setup EDI communication with customers and create required outputs.After the system verification, I was working on Business Intelligence for production planning and a system of data collection in order to determine maintenance intervals of tools and machines.After one year, I was also put in charge of leading the Dispatch Department.Leading of the Dispatch Department Team meant to manage a Sales and Logistic Manager, two Shift Foremen and approximately 20 labor workers. It was a big challenge and great responsibility to create high performance and safe working environment.

IPM laboratory in Zittau conducts experimental and theoretical investigations for the certification of modification requests in German nuclear power plants. I was involved development and realisation of the instrumentation and control conception for the test facility Core simulator.The results of my work were the complete instrumentation and computer model of the test facility, new temperature control implementation and analysis of unwanted events.This role and work with the top experts allowed me to gain valuable experience in computer simulation, analysis, troubleshooting and apply my knowledge of the Automation control theory.
