I am a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (May 2021) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an Accounting minor. I have a curious personality with a passion for learning and personal development. I tend to put myself in unfamiliar situations with the mindset that I am either going to win, or I am going to learn. My most recent employment had been at United Healthcare working as a Telesales Agent as part of a development program. While in this program, I focused on building the foundation to become a great sales and customer service representative. Both in small groups and individually I consistently worked on developing sales skills, leaning into my strengths, and working to improve my weaknesses. Previously, I was a seasonal employee at Stone Encounters where I learned communication/leadership/teamwork skills as well as the importance of attention to detail. My strongest leadership skills focus on being an includer (ensuring all ideas are heard), building strong relationships, and staying positive.Outside of work, I love to take on new hobbies and experiences. I stay active with downhill skiing during the winter and biking during the summer. I enjoy being outdoors so activities such as camping, hiking, fishing, and boating excite me.I am always open to hearing about new opportunities!
