Experience includes:- Project manager of technical advisory services to the Dutch Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport for the PALLAS programme. This programme includes replacing the existing nuclear medical isotopes High Flux Reactor at NRG in Petten, the Netherlands with the new PALLAS reactor.- Managing and undertaking technical due diligence reviews for financiers for projects such as wind farms, highways, regional carriageways, ship locks, buildings and optic fibre networks. Projects involved in include Windpark Maasvlakte 2, Zeewolde, Afsluitdijk DBFM project, Bridges over the Albert Canal 1st and 2nd cluster DBFM project.- Construction and Maintenance Monitoring for financiers of DBFM(O) projects. Involved as LTA in the realisation phase for the A9 Gaasperdammerweg (NL) and Bridges over the Albert Canal 2nd cluster (BE) DBFM projects, and the Zeewolde and Kroningswind windfarms.Additional experience:- Local civil specialist in the team delivering owner's engineer services for solar farm Koegorspolder in the Netherlands. Undertaking periodic inspections and ad hoc reviews.- Local procurement and contracting advisor for the MINERVA Proton Target Facility (PTF) and Full Power Facility (FPF), Mol, Belgium, SCK CEN.
