Jeremy is a Grade 1 Hospital Pharmacist with a focus on dispensary and distribution, medication reconciliation, medication error reduction, and evidence-based patient-centered care. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of British Columbia in 2017 and has been working at a few different small to medium hospital sites in a casual capacity. Prior to graduating he's had work experience in a number of different community pharmacies serving various demographics, as well as participating in research projects and student led organizations.Jeremy is interested in evidence based-patient centered care, knowledge transfer and effective communication tools, medication safety and optimization, systematic reviews, patient-meaningful clinical health outcome research. He is interested in most practice fields and medical specialties with emphasis on cardiometabolic and neuropsychiatric conditions. He hopes to have a wide positive impact both directly and indirectly in patients' quality of life, disease burden, and mortality.
