Select Projects:• Working with the Strategy and Commercialization group and functional leaders at a Top 10 Global Biotech, designed standard resource forecasting algorithm structures and data models, equation syntax and logic to support multi-level planning; then built, tested and validated outputs to meet executive dashboard and reporting requirements.• Designed and built novel single-equation resourcing algorithms in the Planisware V6 environment to support the recent global transformation of the clinical program management function at a Top 10 Global Biotechnology Company. • Developed 2020 strategy for a large USG program charged with integration, synthesis, & analysis of >350 data measures/indicators including health, environmental, exposure data to inform & guide individual and community health intervention and treatment. - Conducted a tech platform and innovation landscape assessment for a nascent $105M PDP/consortium focused on addressing unmet global health needs. - Performed product development and commercialization analyses and facilitated senior-level governance to drive decision-making for a high visibility vaccine development program of a major NGO. - Evaluated the feasibility of establishing multiproduct vx mfg capabilities in developing countries to expand total global capacity and capabilities for influenza vaccine production.- Assessed key target markets to evaluate potential size and risk for a new biologic added to the portfolio of a Top 10 pharma company following a major acquisition.- Evaluated CMC business model options and performed operation due diligence to spin-off the PAD and biomfg capabilities of a leading vx developer into a separate P&L/business entity. - Lead a comprehensive assessment, strategy refresh and program execution optimization effort for a medical product development portfolio including business case development for a nascent ADMET capability.
