I am the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Creative Risk Solutions, one of Wales’ leading corporate management and business insurance brokers and the only specialist media insurance broker in Wales.Responsible for the management and profitability of the business, I use my specialist knowledge to anticipate the potential risks facing our clients’ businesses, creating bespoke insurance solutions to match their specific needs.I have worked with high profile clients within the leisure industry including the Portmeirion Hotel and Celtic Manor Resort, for whom Creative Risk arranged insurance for The 2010 Ryder Cup, one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events. My portfolio also includes some major media clients including Rondo Media, Boomerang Plus plc and Three Stones Media whose film and TV productions have been commissioned by S4C, C4 and the BBC. Programmes that we have insured include Richard Hammond’s Miracles of Nature, The Indian Doctor, Rastamouse, Hinterland and many more.Prior to this I was Client Director of Aon Ltd, where I worked closely with clients and managed a team of six Account Executives ensuring they were compliant to FSA regulations and aware of the specific KPIs for sales growth and retention.
