During my internship in the Import and Export Department at the Food and Drugs Authority, Ghana, I assisted with managing international shipments, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. I worked closely with suppliers and freight companies to streamline the import/export process. My responsibilities included tracking shipments, preparing documentation, and supporting the team in resolving issues related to delivery timelines. This role enhanced my understanding of global trade operations and helped me develop strong organizational and communication skills.
