Wesonga is the founder and CEO, Identified Solutions, where he is the lead trainer and head of strategy and content development.Identified Solutions is a registered enterprise under the Registration of Business Names Act, registration number BN-9PCKPR6. We operate under three pillars namely Financial Services, Financial Literacy Training, and the Soft Skills Academy. We pride ourselves in being a leader in advocating for financial inclusion for the deaf community, where we run a number of programs.Prior to Identified Solutions, Wesonga was the Credit Operations Manager at Real People Kenya Limited, a leading Micro Finance institution. He has over 18 years’ experience in Microfinance, previously having been the Trainer of Trainers in Financial Literacy at Faulu Microfinance Bank. He has also been in the education sector, a teacher of Physics and Mathematics at Bungoma Town High School for ten years, and the principal of Hills School Preparatory, a private academy.He is a mentor with a knack for assisting young people to identify their gifts and talents. Wesonga has over the years worked with many churches and organizations in youth empowerment programs with impeccable results. He is currently a Shepherd in Harvest Family Church, Ongata Rongai, under Pastor Jimmy Macharia.A certified Trainer of Trainers in Financial literacy by Microfinance Opportunities, USA, and a CPA finalist, Wesonga went to Moi High School Kabarak in Nakuru and thereafter studied BSc. Agricultural Engineering at Egerton University, Njoro. He is a certified Insurance Practitioner by the College of Insurance, Kenya, and currently working with the John Maxwel Leadership Team towards the August 2025 certification class.He is an author and certified theater director by the Institute of Performing Artists Limited under the East African Theater Institute.Wesonga is also a PTA member at Moi Girls, Isinya, a leading national school in Kajiado County.He is married to Carolyne, and together they are blessed with 4 girls namely Faith, Anointed, Blessed and Favor.
