Primary Responsibilities: Efficient and timely delivery of data collection tasks• Establishing construction schedules and ensuring on time completion of project deliverables.• Understand the project brief, resources and client requirements.• Assist with identifying the most appropriate resources (equipment and usable roadside hardware).• Ensure survey vans are well maintained by reporting any service, maintenance or damage in a timely manner.• Ensure that all survey equipment is handled with care, is checked prior to loading and on return is appropriately sorted for maintenance and or re-use.• Ensure PPE kit is maintained and that all supplied items are accessible at all times.• Engage with survey team on scheduling and work site activities as required.• Complete scheduled survey tasks within the specified dates/times.• Undertake all survey tasks according to the company procedures and in line with Site Access Permit (SAP) requirements, and in compliance with JSEA/SWMS.• Monitor quality of data and immediately address errors, faults or delays and ensure these are reported.• Ensure data is returned to the office immediately after collection so that processing activities can be undertaken without delay.• Provide regular updates to the Team Leader or Survey Manager or other designated staff to ensure clients can be informed.Procurement & Warehousing:• Contribute to the warehouse being maintained in a manner that ensures a safe work environment for all Austraffic workers and site visitors.• Ensure the warehouse and items in it are secured at all times.• Engage with the Survey Manager and or Team Leader to ensure the provision of equipment, devices and survey stock to enable project demands to be met

• Review and understand the project scopes, technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Establish and maintain the project schedules and prepare and review a 3-week look ahead schedule by utilising MS project.• Review quality management plan, HSEQ documents, Risk Assessment, Construction Methodologies, and Inspection Tests Plans.• Resolve issues by co-ordinating and integrating the activities of project team and external parties (Contractors, Sub-contractors, Consultants) to ensure the project are delivered within budget and without safety issues.• Assisted in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. Check, monitor and witness all inspection and tests of construction works. Check and ensure all logistics of materials and plants mobilised to the sites. • Monitored daily construction activities and implement prompt corrective actions if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.• Assist Project Managers & Construction Managers to ensure site and work safety practices are adhered to. Maintain HSECQ requirements and documentation including plants checklist, HSECQ Observations, Task Inspection and Workplace Inspections.• Assist Project Manager in contract management and review Variation Orders, project Progress Claims submitted by contractor/subcontractor and co-ordinate with commercial team to make payments.• Attend site weekly, monthly meetings with sub-contractor or contractor/client reps.• Assist in document control and management at site.• Prepare and review the weekly progress reports in accordance with the project reporting calender, including, but no limited, materials, equipment and plant tracking, health and safety statistics, variations and notice of delays, areas of concerning, lessons learned, document submission register to Construction/Project Manager.• Maintaining clear communication and good relationship with all stakeholders.
