• Primary Responsibilities: Efficient and timely delivery of data collection tasks
• Establishing construction schedules and ensuring on time completion of project deliverables.

• Assist with identifying the most appropriate resources (equipment and usable roadside hardware).
• Ensure survey vans are well maintained by reporting any service, maintenance or damage in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all survey equipment is handled with care, is checked prior to loading and on return is appropriately sorted for maintenance and or re-use.

• Review and understand the project scopes, technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Establish and maintain the project schedules and prepare and review a 3-week look ahead schedule by utilising MS project.
• Review quality management plan, HSEQ documents, Risk Assessment, Construction Methodologies, and Inspection Tests Plans.
• Resolve issues by co-ordinating and integrating the activities of project team and external parties (Contractors, Sub-contractors, Consultants) to ensure the project are delivered within budget and without safety issues.
• Assisted in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures. Check, monitor and witness all inspection and tests of construction works. Check and ensure all logistics of materials and plants mobilised to the sites.
• Monitored daily construction activities and implement prompt corrective actions if required, to ensure they are achieved in line with agreed specifications.
