Having been Managing Director at Purbrooks Ltd. for 18 years, I have now taken on an exciting new role in Customer Support at Optichrome Ltd., Woking. Working together with Martin Stern, the former Purbrooks Chairman, we will be able to continue to provide our clients with the high level of service we were known for.Optichome is very similar to Purbrooks in terms of print capabilities, values and a passion for customer service. They have an impressive production plant in Woking, Surrey, with state of the art litho and digital printing (including high definition screening techniques) and in house finishing, all working on a 24 hour basis. They also offer a bespoke on line ordering service similar to that operated by Purbrooks. In addition, Optichrome offer a range of services which we are very excited to be able to introduce to our clients, including mailing, exhibition panels, personalised digital printing, variable data, data management, email campaigns and microsites. Their (or I should say our!) latest investment is in plastic card printing for personalised membership cards, Photo ID and Loyalty Cards.I am looking forward to working with all our clients again and managing/advising on projects, free from the worries of running a business.
