Regular responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating & managing timelines, tracking budgets, rearranging deliverables based on priority & deadline, conducting quality assurance checks on all materials before they left the agency, writing social media ad copy, facilitating communications between internal & external teams, managing vendors, collaborating with subject matter experts, and building client relationships. Together we raised awareness for suicide prevention, reduced stigma surrounding mental illness, and educated communities on responsible ways to donate, recycle or reuse leftover paint.

While interning with these fabulously talented ladies, I assisted in the planning, preparation and coordination of six weddings and coordinated a Little Mermaid inspired photo shoot along with my fellow interns that was featured on the Disney Weddings Blog. Coordination for the inspiration shoot included selecting a venue, recruiting talent, and meeting with vendors to secure wardrobe, furniture, food and other various props. Other responsibilities I was accountable for during my internship included creating wedding inspiration for new clients, providing event support leading up to and day of events, writing blogs for the company and promoting Couture Events at local events.
