First line supervisor in dispatch operations. Responsible for coordinating and prioritizing tasks during routine, emergency, or tactical situations. Responsible for incident notifications and adhering to the Chain of Command. To assist control room and field personnel when needed. Responsible for daily schedules and shift briefings. Responsible for any outside complaints and coming up with solutions to address any problems. Accessing a multitude of confidential databases in order to assist and support criminal apprehension. Member of the Critical Incident Stress Management Team (CISM) and Crisis Intervention Team (CIT). Composed Annual performance evaluations and provided feedback.
