The NCTC represents approximately 34 million broadband subscribers through our 700+ member operators in the United States. I lead the technology roadmap for the NCTC and work to find new ways for our member companies to compete in an ever changing environment.

1) Led the launch of the first commercial deployment of 5G Internet to the home in the United States. 2) Selected Vendors after rigorous technical testing and financial modeling. 3) Proved that homeowners are willing to become hub (basestation) locations in order to help spread high speed Internet to their area. 4) Developed the technical specifications and installation procedures to integrate multiple different vendors into a seamless consumer offering. 5) Worked with city and other government leaders to ensure that we would have their support for these deployments. 6) Hand selected and managed a team, that built from the ground up, a new billing system, CRM platform, customer ticketing platform and customer portal. 7) Deployed service into 62 neighborhoods in 14 markets in less than 6 months of deployment.

1) Developed and championed the vision of what became C Spire TV, that demonstrated what a carrier/service provider should do with live linear TV instead of living in the past world of Set Top Boxes and traditional cable tv offerings. This product is now used by over 110 ISP's throughout the United States. 2) Extensively vetted vendors to determine which company would best help us meet the vision of replacing our traditional linear tv offering with an adaptive bitrate streaming platform. 3) Personally negotiated with all of the major content providers to ensure that they had a thorough understanding of what the C Spire TV platform was and how it was not an OTT platform. 4) Successfully secured agreements with all of the major content providers for the service to move forward with under the existing NCTC rights or by a simple side letter agreement. 5) Built the first full featured linear TV lineup that included a true full linear TV lineup and was available on all of the major hardware/software platforms (Apple TV, Roku, Amazon FireTV, Android TV, iOS, and Android OS)

1) Developed and led the Launch of Mississippi’s first 1Gbps Fiber To The Home offering. 2) Built the Business Model, Marketing Plan and proved out the ROI model that we used to make the decision to get into the FTTH business. 3) Built and Managed team of 60+ employees who oversaw all Operational, Sales and Marketing activities. 4) Winner of the first “Give Me Fiber” award from the Fiber To The Home Council (now the Fiber Broadband Association). 5) Oversaw the selection and testing of residential gateways and developed close relationships with core manufactures (AdTran, Calix, Nokia, Ericsson, Intel, SmartRG, Comtrend, etc.). 6) Worked with city, county and state leaders to ensure rights of way were obtained and franchises agreements were passed. 7) Deployed services into 10 cities around Mississippi

Developed the strategies and products for a new line of business at C Spire centered around a new Data Center and its associated services.
