My experience at UPS has involved working with almost 200 different businesses. These accounts have ranged from new businesses to businesses who have partnered with UPS for over 20 years. One of my primary roles is to gather information of what the accounts need in order to grow their business through UPS solutions. After gathering information from the accounts, I meet with other UPS departments and implement different solutions. These departments range from Operations, Finance, Business Development, Solutions, etc. In addition to managing the Sales Cycle, I am also involved in negotiating pricing as well as maintaining the partnership between the customer and UPS.

As a Co-Op in the Distribution section I worked in Johnson & Johnson’s largest distribution center of 1.4 million square feet. My responsibilities were to assist in the operations and quality assurance, while working with Johnson & Johnson’s third party logistics, Genco ATC, and maintaining Credo values. During my time at Tobyhanna, my regular responsibilities included creating three different reports for the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, two of which required the use the distribution's IT system, Red Prairie. The first report was the Monthly SOX Report. I created this report to analyze if any terminated employees had access to the IT system, and to ensure current employees had logged in within 90 days. The second report was the SOX Cycle Count. The SOX Cycle Count was created to audit and compare inventory levels on the distribution floor to the IT system. The final report was the Separation of Duties. I provided and analyzed appropriate Red Prairie access for all teammates. I held bi-weekly meetings for further analysis. All three reports required advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Red Prairie. My other responsibility was to create a monthly report of damaged cases. I would collect data on all damaged cases within the distribution center and organize the data by Johnson & Johnson's Global Business Units. To create this report I used Microsoft Excel, Red Prairie, and SAP.My work at the distribution center was heavily project based. During my time, I worked on several projects including Nice-Pak Auditing, Tobyhanna Distribution Records, creating a SharePoint, Costumer Service Complaint Database, creating new Standard Operation Procedures, and assisting in creating new work standards for Genco ATC teammates.I also participated in Co-Op sponsored activities including giving tours and Co-Op Relay for Life.
