• Interview and hire drivers, communicating company policies to drivers, review and approve driver invoices, delegate tasks to team members, and manage their daily activities to ensure organizational goals are met within.
• Analyze and review driver data and make appropriate decisions regarding drivers projects and schedules
• Communicate, time manage, and organize drivers across North America to ensure timely completion and distribution of product
• Assisting project supervisors with delegating tasks, keeping records and managing hours to help direct workers toward organizational goals
