Accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical products/solutions/services under the direction of the Area Sales Manager. Develops new sales opportunities / accounts and addresses and services the needs of established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs. * Lead Square-D sales at defined Key Accounts * Drive account penetration in all price modes * Review and Interpret customer needs on project RFQs, Plans and Specifications * Prepare, Negotiate, and Present a differentiated proposal package to customers * Sets goals and objectives, develops sales / account plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan, to meet or exceed territorial targets * Develops and maintains businesses relationships with major Contractors, Consultants and all Channel Partners * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of Square-D / Schneider Electric product, solutions, services and competitor strengths, weaknesses and applications * Applies knowledge of Square-D / Schneider Electric products, solutions, services to meet customer's needs * Provide an exceptional customer experience to assigned accounts and distributors through in-depth knowledge of customer's organization, increasing account dedication, timely communication, and follow up * Work closely with area sales and commercial operations team * Leverage Channel when appropriate to drive Schneider preference

Responsible for the Sales and Quotation Teams.

Accountable for planning, direction, leadership, communication, & performance of assigned Sales Area(s) or segments within Sales Operations scope of responsibility. Coordinate & execute desired strategic direction through sales performance management & area business planning. Monitor efficiency & effectiveness of programs to maximize performance & direct corrective action where required. Oversees the quotation process for all customer segments within assigned areas or segments. Oversees the pre & post order management activities including claim resolution. Responsible for price management of assigned distributor lead project business. Manages budget & assets for assigned sales area or segment.
