I structure debt financings for project finance and municipal debt raises including supersinking debt paydowns from surplus funds. I developed and executed Monte Carlo simulations to analyze project financing costs. Within my role, I have developed debt fund flow models and conducted return on investment analysis thereupon including analyzing internal rates of return on debt and equity classes. I conducted fixed-variable rate debt breakeven analysis vis-à-vis the economic feasibility of variable rate demand bonds vs. fixed rate note financing. Within the scope of analyzing bonds, I particularly looked into bonds with make whole call features to identify often overlooked viable refundings. I led the initiative with respect to analytics of price amortizing interest rate swaptions for the purpose of refunding Build America Bonds. I was responsible for compiling and reconciling fund positioning data streams and creating documents to record various private equity and hedge fund transactions (incl. capital calls and redemptions). As the data was often very unstructured, I standardized it to allow for easy upload. I utilized salesforce and various databases and work with up to over a thousand data points. I also designed a means of streamlining the trade ticket creation and uploading process.

I conducted and coordinated analyses for various whitepapers such as out of industry hiring trends affecting innovation, and diversity's impact on business for consultants to use in business development. I coordinated processes and data compilation for creation of the new ESG Knowledge Management Group, serving as financial services liaison: working with Financial Services, Social Impact, & Private Equity groups. I managed a team in India to coordinate competitive intelligence data capture across 4 primary search firms and developed a strategy brief for consultants to use to target Citi employees vis-à-vis client acquisition. Finally, I was the sole financial services knowledge professional to work with the Mexico office and routinely analyzed documents in and conducted research in Spanish.

I identified, analyzed, and pitched undervalued stocks as investment opportunities for the club's $100K+ funds. In doing so I constructed financial models to determine the fair value of a company's share price based on intrinsic value. I pitched Marriott in October 2016 based on the Starwood acquisition being improperly priced in and their value propositions with regards to the Chinese market being largely ignored. Since then, the stock has appreciated by almost 50%.

I created and managed a workbook that tracked securities lending out and underperformance across different asset classes and locations. I also created a self-updating calendar that looked for liquidity moments for the Portfolio Salestrading desk. I also analyzed option exercise data and creation redemption flows for levered ETFs. I developed funding ideas for various hedge fund long and short strategies including creating custom baskets, pricing total return swaps, and conducting risk analysis. I pitched two trade ideas based on improperly priced in interest rate hike risks and conducted financial modelling, trade impact cost analysis, and correlation adjusted monte carlo simulation analysis on said positions.
