Mr. Bryan represents both private and public employers exclusively in all aspects of employment-related litigation.Mr. Bryan also devotes a substantial portion of his litigation practice to defending municipalities and law enforcement personnel in civil rights litigation. He also represents public entities in disciplinary appeal hearings and arbitrations and frequently practices before numerous administrative agencies and tribunals, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the California Department of Industrial Relations – Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.Mr. Bryan also provides advice and counsel and conducts training seminars on a wide range of workplace issues, including sexual harassment prevention training, in both English and Spanish.Specialties: Management-side labor and employment law.
