As a Sales Supervisor I provided management and oversight of four state and local sales territories worth approximately $4.8 million in revenue while working remotely. My core responsibilities were to ensure sales reps provided state and local customers, and strategic vendors, quotes and bid responses for their annual Oracle support renewals. This was achieved by developing and evaluating sales reports, ensuring Netsuite (CRM) contained correctly forecasted information, adhere to competitively awarded contracts, and following developed quarterly sales plans.As a supervisor, I consulted with legal, field sales, contracts department, and executive management to respond to competitively solicited contracts and bids. I followed required policies and procedures in accordance with contracts, vendor terms and conditions, and procurement guideline procedures. I reviewed and approved sales orders to ensure that all proper supporting documentation, including vendor terms and conditions, reference to GSA schedule, or state and local required documents were included in the final approved documentation for audit purposes and fulfillment of approved purchase orders.Additionally, I maintained a high level of communication with Oracle support management to provide updates on quarterly renewals and sales forecast data. I identified and reported any issues or concerns to Oracle related to the delay, reduction, or cancellation of Oracle support.Furthermore, I conducted interviews, trained and developed sales reps, contributed to the development of annual sales plans, and conducted annual performance reviews of sales reps as a direct report to the Vice President, Support Solutions.
