I am a doctorate-level organic chemist with experience in basic and applied research at academic and government institutions. My graduate dissertation focused on the synthesis of the complete stereoisomer library of the macrolactone natural product Sch725674. In my current position with the US Army, I have successfully developed and demonstrated new chemical formulations in military armaments such as signal flares, grenades, and ammunition. In my current role, I have developed energetic materials free of major product life cycle risks such as toxicity, supply chain bottlenecks, and ageing.
