My drivers are:- To empower design teams to innovate- To hear, lead, and motivate teams- To lead applied R&D efforts- To improve communication outcomes- To be curious, creative, growth oriented...and to have fun!My role includes leading the firm’s design Visualization services, where we strive to build trust with stakeholders and streamline decision making. I also contribute to our IT strategy, spearheading the design and implementation of advanced computing infrastructures. My passion for enhancing operational efficiency through tech has also led me to develop numerous productivity tools, reflecting my personal commitment to continuous improvement and the adoption of peripheral skill sets.In recent years, my focus has shifted towards exploring the frontiers of emerging technologies and envisioning the future of the design profession. This journey into research underscores my role as a forward-thinking leader, eager but cautious when embracing new technologies.My journey has taught me that technology, while useful, is not the sole driver of innovation.
