My background in Economics from the University of Michigan, coupled with Division 1 athletics and leadership training at West Point has prepared me to drive high value strategic initiatives for C-Level executives, starting just 6-months into my first post graduate role. At Cushman & Wakefield, our team has enhanced global operations through strategic problem-solving and effective communication, ensuring seamless executive level reporting and continuous cross-functional process improvements. Prior to joining C&W, I was part of the 2021 Leadership Development Program (LDP) at ION Group. Here, I participated in 3 unique rotations within the Capital Markets division. They were Account Management, M&A Integration, & Special Projects for the COO. During the rotational program, I spent a year as a direct report to the COO of ION Markers. After completing LDP, I began piloting a new role reporting to the CRO of ION Markets as a business management associate. My efforts were focused on eliminating revenue barriers and optimizing commercial team performance worldwide. I introduced new global KPIs to measure the divisions success and managed the monthly business review, which directly influenced executive-level strategies.
