I managed both facility buildings including oversight in concession sales, maintenance activities, and payment collections I also led scheduling, registration, and venue research for volleyball, baseball, and softball tournaments. I managed phone calls and communication with 200+ clients during tournament season and supported the executive management team to increase outreach and client base through program development and marketing. I also led fundraising efforts, negotiated vendor agreements, coordinated product distribution, and hosted informational sessions to increase client engagement.

This internship has allowed me to gain valuable experience in social media management, interviewing employee candidates, organizing a summer youth volleyball league, leading a speed and agility program, and leading fundraising.

As a delivery driver, I was required to make pizzas, clean the store, prepare the toppings and dough, and deliver the pizzas in a fast-paced, detail-oriented manner. This job taught me how working together with other employees can save time and keep a pleasant working environment.

I started as a cashier for my first 2 years learning to provide customer service. After 2 years I was taught a new skill of operating the custard machine requiring quick independent thinking, and managing multiple tasks at once.
