I pride myself in being a highly motivated, aggressively driven accounting major who performs quality work with attention to detail. My education at Linfield University as taught me not only the skills of accounting and leadership, but also the significance of ethics and leadership in any job. My consistent success as a student and employee is commensurate with my efficient organizational skills, my communication and writing skills, and demonstrated leadership ability. As a collegiate student-athlete, I have developed many skills that will help me be successful in the business setting. Juggling my football schedule along with my schoolwork has forced me to manage my time well, and coupled with my ability to be highly organized, I am able to meet strict deadlines under pressure. I have always taken a leadership role, whether it be on the field or in my fraternity’s community service events. I am a quick learner and able to work independently or with a team as required. I feel that I have a very solid base to help me be successful in a professional environment given my previous work experiences and demanding school and extracurricular schedule. I believe that the field of accounting synergizes with my innate talent and developed skills. I look forward to furthering my personal growth in this field with any firm who has the need for an aggressively driven individual.
